Prepare permit-ready drawings and hand off to legal

Authorities, builders and engineers all work from the same drawing set. A complete set prevents costly changes on site.

How

  1. Assemble: site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, foundation plan, wall and roof details, window schedule and structural drawings.
  2. Add the off-grid layers: PV roof plane, tank and gutter routes, battery room, septic or composting toilet location and service penetrations.
  3. Attach engineer calculations, system test data (for straw bale, earth or cob) and energy compliance reports your authority asks for.
  4. Hand the set to the legal module for permit submission and to get builder quotes.
  5. Freeze the design before construction; log any later change in writing.

Do these first
