Review the year and adjust

After a full year you know your estate. Use the logbook to make the systems and routines fit how you really live.

How

  1. Compare a year of energy logs against generation and look at the worst month. Discuss with your installer whether the system or your habits need to change.
  2. Compare water logs with rainfall and tank levels; adjust trigger levels and storage targets.
  3. Review the pantry: what was wasted, what ran out and what you wish you had stored. Update the target list.
  4. Review the maintenance calendar: add tasks you missed, drop ones that are not needed, and update intervals from manuals.
  5. Check each person's wellbeing, workload and skills plan, and rebalance the chore roster.
  6. Agree one or two improvements for next year and feed them into the legal module's phasing and budget.
