Get first aid, CPR and AED training for every adult and teen

Skills save more lives than kit. A recognised hands-on course teaches you to check a scene, help someone who has collapsed, and use the kit you will buy.

How

  1. Book a recognised adult and paediatric first aid, CPR and AED course (for example American Red Cross in the US, or your national Red Cross or Red Crescent society, St John or a similar body elsewhere).
  2. Aim for at least two trained adults on the estate at all times, so one can help while the other gets kit or calls for help.
  3. Red Cross certificates for this course are valid for two years: put renewal dates in the maintenance calendar.
  4. Older children can learn basic skills such as calling for help, recovery position and pressing on a bleeding wound, adapted to their age.
